Hello! We are Cassandra and Phil Zollos! As seasoned real estate professionals, we wear multiple hats as realtor, investor, transaction coordinator, and property manager. Together, we own ten properties totaling thirteen rental units. We love transforming neglected properties into stunning homes.

Cassandra is proud to have ranked in the top 5% of buyer agents across Hampton Roads last year. She manages the majority of contracts as the transaction coordinator, which keeps her well-informed about the latest market trends. As an investor, she approaches real estate with a business and investment mindset and provides clients with expert advice on exit and investment strategies for the future.

Phil excels in home remodeling from the studs up. He often joins Cassandra during inspections, where he assists clients needing handyman services or full-scale renovations. Whether by providing hands-on help or finding the right professional, his skills are invaluable to ensuring that all clients' needs are met.
